The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance, and helping the team meet company sales goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Assist with setting sales targets and developing strategies to increase sales.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Track sales activity and prepare reports for management.
• Help improve sales processes and team efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
